新疆宏景农业科技发展有限公司成立于2007年，注册资金500万，在职员工11人，其中研究员一名，中级职称2名，大专以上学历8名。自公司成立至今在全体员工的共同努力下公司业务量、销售额、利润逐年增加，截止到2018年公司累计销售玉米4000吨，甜菜12000个单位，油葵近260吨，棉种4000吨，销售额累计近12000万，业务遍及北疆各地州及南疆部分区域，现正初步形成比较稳定的营销网络，建立分销渠道100余处，试验基地4个，玉米制种基地3个(代繁制种5000亩/年)，“宏景良种 致富帮手”的营销、服务理念已逐步渗透到各个环节中。截止到目前公司现有玉米品种4个，代理玉米品种5个，甜菜品种4个,油葵品种2个，其中参加自治区区试并已于2014年通过审定品种5个（玉米3个，甜菜2个）。

        Xinjiang Hongjing Agricultural Technology Development Co., Ltd was established in 2007, with registered capital of 5 million yuan and 11employees, including one research fellow, two with med-level professional titles and 8 with junior college or higher degrees. Since its establishment, under joint efforts of all staff members, the Company has witnessed increasing business, sales amount and profit year by year. By 2018, it has sold maize of 3000tons, beet of 12000 units, oil sunflower of nearly 260 tons and cotton seed of 4000 tons, realizing sales amount of about 120 million yuan and businesses around all prefectures in North Xinjiang and some places in South Xinjiang. Currently the Company has initially formed stable marketing network by establishing more than 100 distribution outlets, and developed four test bases and three maize breeding bases（Generation of product maize seeds 5000mu / year） and its marketing and service idea of “Hongjing improved varieties, good help for getting rich” has penetrated into various links. By far the Company has owned four independent five agency maize varieties, four Sugar beet varieties and two oil sunflower varieties, of which five varieties was given tests by the Autonomous Region and approved in 2014( three maize varieties and two beets).
